Our Method of Removing Pet  Stains
First, we apply a solution specifically designed to eliminate pet odors and stains to the area needed. Then we agitate (scrub) the solution deep into the fibers to reach the deepest stains. Last, we extract solution and stain with our truck mounted extractor.

We can eliminate pet stains about 80% of the time.  However, pet stains can permanently damage your carpet if they are not treated punctually.  The sooner the soiled area is treated, the better chances we have of eliminating it.  Treat the area as soon as possible!

You can order a bottle of pet stain solution from us.  What you can do at home is saturate the problem area, and absorb the solution with a clean white rag.  This is not as effective, but for small problem areas this works.

For Pet Odor Problems

We pre spray the entire carpeted area (not just the spots) with a specially formulated solution designed to neutralize pet urine odors.  For stronger odors we apply more solution.  The solution sits for about 15 minutes to work deep into the problem areas and break down odor causing chemicals.  After its dwell time in the carpet we completely extract the solution. 

If the odor is not completely eliminated it is likely that the urine has permanently damaged the padding beneath the carpet and must be replaced.
